Are you ready to move to Haiti and need dedicated, on-the-ground support? This service is designed for serious movers who have decided to relocate and have a set timeline. We specialize in supporting clients relocating to the North Department, including Cap-Haïtien and its surrounding communities.
This service provides personalized relocation support, including housing search assistance, on-the-ground logistics, and coordination of key steps in your move.
Because this service involves active, on-the-ground support, we require a clear relocation timeline before we begin. We must know your anticipated move date. If your timeline is unknown or indefinite, this service cannot be provided.
Once work has begun, the full service fee becomes nonrefundable. Work begins with your initial consultation and includes the consultation itself, along with any research, communication, coordination, housing search assistance, or other services performed on your behalf.
If, during the initial consultation, we determine that Relocation Assistance is not the appropriate service for your needs or that we are unable to provide the requested services, you will be refunded the difference between the Relocation Assistance fee and the standard Consulting Call fee. The initial consultation will be billed as a Consulting Call, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
What’s Included
60-minute video consultation – We’ll discuss your relocation timeline, housing needs, budget, goals, and the support you’ll need to succeed. Together, we’ll create a tailored plan.
Housing search assistance – We’ll identify housing options, connect you with local contacts, and coordinate property visits.
On-the-ground logistics – We will assist with what is necessary according to your plan and needs.
What This Service Does Not Include
This service does not include land acquisition or legal representation.
The Relocation Assistance fee covers coordination, research, and support services only. Any expenses needed to carry out services on your behalf that fall outside of these coordination and support tasks—such as special transportation, property viewing fees, deliveries, or other out-of-pocket costs—will be discussed with you in advance and billed separately.
